Rachael joined SPH in 2015 with over 20 years’ experience of Project and Programme Management in both the public and private sectors and a strong track record of successful project delivery in the healthcare environment. Rachael has led projects at trust, regional and national level.
Rachael’s ability to build and maintain effective client and supplier relationships, utilisation of proven standards and techniques in project planning, coordination and risk management and a flexible, pragmatic approach ensures that projects are completed to timescale and delivered against objectives.
