The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you a right to access a wide range of information held by NHS and other public authorities.
Since 1st January 2005 the Freedom of Information Act 2000 has provided any enquirer with a statutory right of access to the information held by Public Authorities, subject to a number of exemptions.
NHS Solutions for Public Health is hosted by the Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM CSU), which is hosted by NHS England.
